It introduces so many things in the genre, a career mode where you can buy a car, upgrade it, and race it in high stake races (pink slip races), other single-player modes return from Hot pursuit (1998), like a tournament, knockout series, and the infamous cop chases, the game has 60H+ of content, and many think to unlock, the game has a solid fan base, you can find many mods at the internet, and the best thing is that this game has tracks (levels)from Hot Pursuit. When games like this were made with soul and passion, the classic era of NFS, from (road and track The Need for Speed to Hot Pursuit, 2002, is undoubtedly one of the greats. Need For Speed is a car racing installment released for Microsoft Windows, and this chapter was developed by the same fantastic company, EA Sports (Electronic Arts).

This is an excellent company, and this group has completed many installations of the NFS series. You can download all other parts of the series, including the most wanted game, for free. Need For Speed: High Stakes is one of the best in the franchise. It’s beautiful, like other Need For Speed games, and features excellent racing and open-road tracks. The racetracks caught my attention. There is a problem with the game, as sometimes the car gets stuck, even when you press a button that shouldn’t cause that. Sometimes you can keep driving when you play around with the controls, and sometimes, you can’t, and you have to start over. However, it is still a beautiful classic. You can see this car in this screenshot, and it looks ancient. 

It is an old version of Need for Speed High Stakes, released in 1999, but it has good graphics and places as well. It is not a new version, but it has many great features, and when you play it, you will realize them. That’s another screenshot of the same installment, showing a snowy road.
